Numis Network Review:
So what exactly is Numis Network, Andrew, and tell me the straight talk about what’s good and what’s bad.
Numis Network is a new Network Marketing company that launched in August 2009. As of today, February 18th, 2010, it’s only open in the US and 2 provinces in Canada, Ontario and BC. They are working on getting regulated in the other 11 Provinces within the next 60 days.
Numis Network gets it’s name from the 2 major pivot points of this company: Numismatic coins, and network marketing.
And even more surprising is the fact that those 2 have not been paired together yet. It’s a first in the Network Marketing industry.
Numis Network History:
Numis Network was started by Ian Cordell, Chris Kent and Jake Kovorkian. One of the interesting things is that these guys have run a software company where they counseled many other companies for years on compensation plans and sold them the software to do it. Management is one of those variables that most non-professional network marketers overlook. Experience is an asset.
Numismatic coins, is a mouthful to say if you’re not used to that word – are numismatic silver and gold graded coins.
These coins are exempt from government seizure, and they get their value from gold and silver in the actual coin and from the collector value, which increases over time. This means the value is from the precious metal content AND the collector value, which comes from the artistic elements, the quality (un-circulated is ideal) and rarity.
Coin collecting is one of the hobbies of the wealthy and well-connected. In my research for my DVD product, “How To Get Rich” I explain some of my personal research that went into how the wealth think about money, and how they invest.
All countries currently use fiat currency, which is basically paper money lend into existence on promise. Because of this, governments naturally see real hard assets as the “natural enemy” of their currencies. Paper currencies are prone to inflation, which is a simple de-valuation of the currency. And in times of high inflation, wealthy people look for refuge in hard assets, which includes gold and silver bullion and gold and silver coinage.
What kind of Value is in Numis Network Coins?
As you can see from this chart, the value INCREASES over time.
What I really like is the fact the Numis Network coins have the potential to increase in value on both levels: the precious metal content AND the collectible value of the numismatic coins themselves.
Numismatic coins are valued with in these 4 conditions:
- precious metal content
- rarity
- collector demand
- condition/quality
One of the most important aspects is the condition of the coin. Numismatic coins are graded on a Sheldon scale from 1-70 with 70 being the highest grade possible. Any coin graded at 70 is a perfect coin and is the best you can buy. Numis Network only sell coins graded at 70. They are hermetically sealed, so you investment had been untouched by human hands.
The NumisNetwork Compensation Plan:
Numis Network created this opportunity with a binary compensation plan.
The binary compensation plan is one of the most popular in Network Marketing. And the reason is pretty simple. It can create a lot of spillover, and it creates a real incentive for new people to get active and enrolling other distributors.
But there are some tweaks that even out the compensation plan, and make it a far more balanced and lucrative compensation plan.
The cost to get started is $299 for a distributor kit, which includes a box to hold your coins, and your first coin.
The monthly cost for autoship is $100. Which is easily achievable for everyone. Think of it like a monthly auto-save program, like David Bach discusses in his book “The Automatic Millionaire.”
It’s this combination of a strong compensation plan, and a product that actually increases in value over time that is making Numis Network so appealing to other networkers.
