Thank you for the insight and the image you created. I think that marketing and sales are concepts most small business owners mix up. I learned after doing years of sales that marketing is more powerful (and easier to manage).

There are people working IN their business (usually the people focusing on sales) and people working ON their business to grow it (using marketing).

You are good in what you do because you know the difference. You let your business work for you!
